Lauderdale, FL.\u00a0 Ken worked with a world-class team to implement all new restaurant and back office technologies which included $17 million in new\u00a0<span style=\"font-size: 1rem;\">point-of-sale equipment and back-of-restaurant systems as well as a new back office system for the corporate offices.\u00a0 Some of these projects included:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Working closely with IBM and back-office software vendors and systems<\/li>\n<li>Acquisition\/installation of new central computing system as ERP software<\/li>\n<li>Design and installation of industry-leading business intelligence software.<\/li>\n<li>Design of the first exception management reporting systems in the industry.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><img data-recalc-dims=\"1\" decoding=\"async\" loading=\"lazy\" class=\"size-thumbnail wp-image-64 aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/www.levinsenterprises.com\/LEVINSENTERPRISES\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/12\/Logo_TacoBell.jpg?resize=150%2C150\" alt=\"\" width=\"150\" height=\"150\" \/><\/p>\n<p>At Taco Bell, Ken was involved with many industry firsts which included:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Design and installation of some of the very first decision support systems<\/li>\n<li>Design, acquisition and implementation of industry-leading planning and logistics software<\/li>\n<li>Acquisition and implementation of CRM and relationship-tracking systems<\/li>\n<li>Design and build-out of a brand new central accounting center for Taco Bell, Pizza Hut and KFC in Albuquerque, New Mexico<\/li>\n<li>Brokering Internal development and strategies for the Operations, Finance and Marketing Divisions<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Ken was recruited from Taco Bell, in California, to Arby&#8217;s inc, located in Ft.
